If, on the other hand, you have a specific and detailed financial issue that you want to get to the bottom of? Then we work with a fixed consultancy rate. We always discuss in advance whether the rate is appropriate. This way you will never be faced with surprises afterwards.

How do I submit my data?
You send the financial administration of the current financial year physically or digitally or bring it to our office. SFAA is at the forefront when it comes to Cloud solutions, this saves you costs, but if you prefer to ‘just’ deliver it physically, that is of course also possible.

When will my finances be tracked?

How do I know if my VAT return has been submitted on time?
One of SFAA’s brand promises is that the declaration is always made on time, otherwise we will pay the fine! The moment you deliver everything to us on time (this is clearly communicated so that no problems arise) everything will be processed on time. If you still have questions about this, you can contact your personal account manager!

I want to create an automatic bank link between Exact Online and ABN-Amro, ING or Rabobank, how do I do this?
Exact Online only supports the three largest banks in the Netherlands. You can automatically request a bank link from these banks. It is explained for each bank how to do this. NB. Your company must first be created in Exact Online. If you want to know how to do this, or what we can do for you, please feel free to contact us.
ING
After logging in, you will find at the bottom right of the menu ‘Data and settings’ Accounting package link. Then choose Exact for accounting program. Then choose request/change. You then confirm in Mijn ING Zakelijk with a TAN code (this is an SMS service from ING with which you can agree).
Rabobank
First log in to Rabo internet banking. Choose pay and then at the bottom left of the menu you will find ‘Online Accounting package’. Choose accounting package Exact, then choose accounts maintenance. After this you will enter the Exact environment, check ‘payments and collection transactions’, then choose save and return to Rabobank.
Then sign the promotion with the Rabo Reader or scanner. If you do not immediately see ‘Linking Accounting Package’ in the left bar, please call the regional office, because they must then make the settings of your Rabobank business package visible to you behind the scenes. You can then set up the link with your accounting package, as mentioned above.
ABN-Amro
You can request a link with ABN Amro by telephone or by post
By phone;
You can request the link by telephone (0900-0024). A contract or accounting number is required for this. We receive this for you via Exact. With this code you confirm the bank link. So ask us for this number first.

I would like to place my bank statements in Exact online, how do I do this?
To insert a bank statement in Exact Online accounting, it is necessary to download a so-called MT940 file. This is a text file that lists all bookings in the bank. The file can usually be downloaded as a .swi file. This can only be opened in an online accounting program. Below is how you can do this for the four largest banks. If, despite the description, it does not work, you can always call or email us!
ING Bank
Download files from Internet Banking at the ING bank.
- Log in to ING Bank’s Internet banking
- Then choose Download in the menu when paying
- Next, select the period for which you want to download the statements for date. NB; at ING Bank, the transactions go back a maximum of 16 months.
- Choose MT940 IBAN as the file format
- Finally, click download. (Usually this file is placed in your downloads folder)
- Mail this document to us, and we will add it to your online accounting. You can only open the file in accounting programs (and notepad), but this is not necessary.
Rabobank
Download MT940 files at Rabobank.
- Log in to Rabobank internet banking
- Click on the relevant account you want to download
- Then search for download transactions in the left menu
- Click on the “Download in a new format” button at the bottom
- Select the account of your choice here.
- Then choose the correct date and choose MT940 Structured.swi as the file format and click on download. (Usually this file is placed in your downloads folder.
- Mail this document to us, and we will add it to your online accounting. You can only open the file in accounting programs (and notepad), but this is not necessary.
ABN Amro
Downloading files from Internet Banking at the ABN-Amro bank is easy.
- Log in to Internet Banking. Business users via https://www.abnamro.nl/portalserver/nl/business/index.html?l Private users via https://www.abnamro.nl/portalserver/nl/prive/index.html
- After logging in, choose ‘changes’ in the ‘tools’ menu.
- Click on the account(s) you wish to download. (You can recognize the selected accounts by a blue background.)
- Choose the desired period If you choose ‘from date of last download’, you will download the changes of the date from the date of the last download to the present day. Do you want to download another period? Then choose ‘from… to… . NB; you can download the files up to 18 months in the past.
- Then save the file as MT940 file. (Usually this file is placed in your downloads folder)
- Mail this document to us, and we will add it to your online accounting. You can only open the file in accounting programs (and notepad), but this is not necessary.
Triodos Bank
- Log in to Triodos Bank’s internet banking and click on the Overviews menu.
- Then choose the “download” option.
- Choose the desired period
- Then choose MT940 file format and click download. (Usually this file is placed in your downloads folder).
- Mail this document to us, and we will add it to your online accounting. You can only open the file in accounting programs (and notepad), but this is not necessary.
KNAB
- Log in according to the standard procedure and select your business bank account.
- Log in according to the standard procedure and select your business bank account. “Accounting Export”. In this screen you select the period for which you want to download transaction data. Then click on the “Download” utton and save the file.
SNS Bank
Choose the account from which you want to download credits and debits. Choose the period. You can choose:
- Period: enter the dates you want to see in your download,
- New period since your last download: you then only download the transactions after your last download.
- Complete overview of all transactions of this account: a download of all transactions since the opening of the account.
Choose the file format; SWIFT-MT940 Then choose to download your credits and debits.
You may not be able to download an MT940 file because you are using a private account. In that case, it is best to contact us to determine how the data can be easily supplied. We are happy to help you!

What information is required for your income tax return?
If we also file your income tax return in addition to your company’s administration, we need the following additional information:
- Family composition and information about the individuals (name, date of birth, marital status, social security number)
