Administration firm SFAA is looking for a client success manager due to growth.

Location:

Amsterdam, North Holland, 1017 BB, Koningsplein 1-2

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (32 hour possibility)

Are you that experienced relationship manager who is commercially driven and gets tremendously excited about our target entrepreneurs. Do you have an affinity for finance?  Do you communicate at the management level and have that real favor factor? Then SFAA has a challenging job as a client success manager for you. As Client Success Manager, you will focus on SFAA’s client base, and needs and expectations of this group of entrepreneurs. Thus, you are the “glue” between the customers and the account managers. In addition, you are also substantive with client issues. Sparring substantively with business owners about the best choices they can make strategically based on the forecasts you prepare, you will be their right hand to spar with and help the account managers best serve their clients.

We are an award winning firm and voted winner of the Exact Cloud Award 2020/2021 and FD Gazelle for the past 3 years. We are a young and entrepreneurial international accounting firm in the heart of downtown Amsterdam. 

We are looking for candidates with the following profile.

  • Minimum college education
  • Has an affinity for the world of finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in account management, relationship management (preferably in finance, or target entrepreneurs)
  • Has communication skills (used to communicating with MT/DGA)
  • Is very commercially driven and can think well from the perception of the entrepreneur
  • Identifies opportunities within the market and at the individual customer level
  • Ensures customer/client relationships are taken to the next level
  • Is a true relationship builder and possesses the “favor factor”
  • Is the link between the back office and management of SFAA
